She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. My Realtor recently helped us buy our first home; a beautiful condo in Renton. Turns out we didn’t know what we were doing, so luckily he was there for the whole process.
